BLUE MOON PRESS Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all users (the “Users”) of the publishing services provided by BLUE MOON PRESS (the “Company”). The Company aims to publish works that hold artistic, intellectual, and cultural value.
Article 1 (Basic Policy)
The Company handles publications such as photo books, art books, and literary works that possess artistic value. We prioritize the worldview, concept, and cultural contribution of each work and do not accept publications created solely for sensational or provocative purposes.
Article 2 (Submission of Works)
Users represent and warrant the following when submitting their works:
- The submitted work is the User’s original creation.
- The work does not infringe on the rights of any third party (including copyrights and portrait rights).
- All necessary agreements and permissions have been properly obtained from models or other persons involved.
Article 3 (Prohibited Content)
The Company does not accept works that fall under any of the following categories.
(1) Prohibited expressions involving minors
・Any expression that may constitute child pornography
・Sexual depictions of models who appear to be minors or whose age is unclear
・Nude or sexual expressions that exploit, harm, or degrade the dignity of the subject
(2) Other inappropriate expressions
・Content that may violate any laws or regulations
・Excessive sexual expression or works created solely for erotic appeal
・Content that promotes discrimination, defamation, or violence
・Extremely provocative political or religious content
・Works with unclear artistic intent or conceptual foundation
・Content that significantly contradicts the Company’s principles of aesthetics, thought, and cultural value
Article 4 (Review Process)
Submitted works will be reviewed based on the Company’s internal criteria. Details of the review, criteria, or reasons for the final decision will not be disclosed.
Article 5 (Production and Publication)
If a work is approved for publication, the production schedule, specifications, and printing method will be determined through consultation, in accordance with the Company’s standards.
Article 6 (Costs)
Production, printing, distribution, and other related costs will be disclosed in advance, and will proceed only with the User’s approval.
Article 7 (Copyright)
Copyright remains with the User. However, the User grants the Company the right to use the work within the scope necessary for publication, including promotion, announcements, and exhibitions.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, system failures, or other force majeure events.

Article 10 (Revisions to the Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect at the time they are posted on the Company’s website.
